At SALTiE Kitchen and Bar, our journey is rooted in family values, passion, and a profound dedication to providing exceptional dining experiences. It all began with Loren Tasson, a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, who previously led renowned national chains as Don Pablo’s, Buca di Beppo, and Hard Rock Cafe.
In January 2025, a remarkable opportunity emerged—Loren, together with cousins Andrew and Stephanie, established their venture in the heart of Downtown New Richmond, Wisconsin. Our mission is to serve “Comfort Food” to every guest while maintaining exemplary service standards throughout our team.
Today, SALTiE stands for more than a name—it embodies a celebration of outstanding cuisine and great company, where every guest is treated like a cherished member of our family.
